*  All vendors must fill out our vendor form and submit (non-refundable) payment with it. Each event is limited on space and we need to know who will be at each event. All registrations are on a first come first serve basis and is not final until payment has been made. After you have registered and payment submitted, we will add you to the event page so people are aware of your business being at that event. You must also list all products you will be selling and if we already have someone for certain items you will not be permitted to sell those items. Example: business A sells Nike pros, business B sells bows but brings Nike Pros to sell. 

Because these spaces are limited once you have registered payments will be non-refundable. We will be turning down other vendors who may provide the same items. 

 

*  Some venues will no longer permit food items to be sold at their locations. If you sell food items please contact us with a list of events BEFORE you send paperwork & payments.

 

*  ALL PAYMENTS are to be sent in with registration. It is not final until both are recieved and someone else could take your spot.

 

*  NO personal or business checks accepted. US POSTAL Money Orders ONLY or PayPal.

 

*  You will be responsible for bringing your own carts, tables & chairs. The event venues have expressed that they are no longer providing these.
