Owner
Diane is the Owner of SHOUT! Cheer and Dance. Originally starting event production as fundraisers, she turned SHOUT! into a business in 2005 with the core values of being professional, affordable, and fun. Over the years, Diane has worked to establish a permanent residence in the EP world, securing the FIRST Cheerleading World's Bid in 2022.
Jen Gugino
Assistant Director
Jen is the Assistant Director of SHOUT! Cheer and Dance. Since 2017, Jen has worked to grow SHOUT! in all areas, but most notably focused on the safety and protection of all athletes and coaches. Each season she works to build one more piece that will improve part of the experience for all. Keep your eyes peeled for the new things this season!
