* All World's Bid seeking teams must register and compete live. Additional requirements are that all bid seeking teams within 400 miles of Orchard Park, NY bring 50% of their gym (not including crossovers).
** All World's Bid Boost seeking teams must already have a bid to the 2024 Cheerleading Worlds or 2024 Dance Worlds

All Coaches WITH Credentials are Free. All others must pay spectator fees.

Bids & Boosts

Surf's Up Bonus Awards for SHOUT! SURF's UP Grand Nationals in Virginia Beach. Half paid registration and athlete discount to LEVEL and Divisional Winners based on Bid Intention Sheets.

USASF World's Bid Boost Event. Any USASF World's team with an accepted an At Large or Partial Paid bid to the 2024 USASF Cheerleading or Dance World's is eligible to compete for a $50/athlete boost for their World's team roster and 2 coaches.

USASF World's Bid Event. We have 1 Partial Paid and 2 At Large Bids to Award to The 2024 USASF Cheerleading Worlds. Any team(s) wishing to compete for a World's bid must be a registered program with USASF and compliant at the time of the event, including a level appropriate coach in person.

Varsity All-Star The SUMMIT, THE D2 SUMMIT, THE YOUTH SUMMIT, THE DANCE SUMMIT Wild Card Bids. We Have UP TO 3 for each. Any team wishing to compete for a SUMMIT Wild Card Bid must be a registered and compliant member of USASF at the time of the event in an eligible division.

The One PAID Bid Event.

General Information

ALL Allstar teams (both affiliated and non) will follow USASF rules and age grids. Scoring will follow the United Scoring System rubrics and scoresheets.

ALL Rec teams (both affiliated and non) will follow Varsity Rec Rules, age grids, rubrics, and scoresheets.

ALL Scholastic and Collegiate Teams will follow either traditional (cheer included) or performance (no cheer) style. Please send Jen (shoutcheerjen@gmail.com) an email for general rubrics and scoresheets based on your team style.

ALL Coaches/Owners MUST have either USASF or USA Cheer Membership Credentials with a VALID and CURRENT background check to have warmup room access. No team may enter the warmup area without at least 1 coach with proper level and background check credentials.

Teams will not be considered registered for the event unless the deposit is paid. Full payment is due the Thursday prior to the event. We do accept registrations up to 6 days prior to events, however payment will be due in full at the time of registration and we do not guarantee awards being available at the event. Those with late registrations may have awards mailed after the event.
